Question/Topic
What is the difference between the Classic, Plus, and Plus RV membership?
Answer/Article

The biggest difference is in the ERS benefit.

AAA's Classic membership provides free towing from the scene of your disablement back to the towing company's facility, or 5 miles of free towing in any direction from the disablement.

If you wish to be towed to your favorite mechanic -- and he is located more than 5 miles from the breakdown -- mileage charges of about $5.00/mile may be incurred.

AAA's PLUS and PLUS RV memberships provide 100 miles of free towing in any direction from the disablement.

AAA’s Premier membership provides 200 miles of free towing for one of your four entitlements per household and allows a fifth entitlement at the Classic level coverage if needed.

AAA PLUS, PLUS RV and Premier members get other benefits as well, such as increased "Accident Away From Home" benefits, reduced travel agency fees and free passport and ID photos. Click here to view the differences.
