aaa.com login changes. Email and password are now required. (FAQ)

Email Address & Password are now required to login instead of UserID & Password.

As of September 9th 2004 aaa.com will no longer require a separate "UserID" to login. We decided to move to the industry standard email address and password combination for logging in. We sincerely hope this will make aaa.com even easier to use. Please let us know if you have problems accessing or creating your online account.

I remember both my email address and my password but I still cannot login.

The password is case sensitive. If you cannot remember your exact password you should click here to have your password sent to your email address

I have tried to have the automated system send me my password but it is not working.

It is probable that our system has an old email address in your online account. When we try to send your password it goes to this old email address. Obviously, this is not going to help you out if you cannot access your old email account. You have 3 options at this point.

1. Create a new aaa.com online account under your NEW email address.

2. Send us your membership number, your old email address, and your new email address so that we can update your old online account for you.
