When accessing a member-only area, it says I'm not a member.

If you have already registered a username and password, you can do the following to allow the site to recognize that you are a member.

On the home page: http://www.ouraaa.com, immediately click on the logout link in the upper right corner. Click "OK" when it asks "are your sure you want to log off..."

When the page refreshes, try to access the member-only area again.

If it still states you are not a member, try the following

Go to the home page http://www.ouraaa.com and click on the link, "Sign In/View My Account". You will be taken to an account page, where you need to click on the link, "Would you like to create online access to view your Existing Membership". Complete the information on that next page and you should then be able to access the member only areas of the site.

If the above suggestion didn't work, it would appear that your browser is "stuck" on an error. Here are two suggestions:

If that doesn't solve it, consult your browser's help menu on how to delete your browser's cookies. The process should be in your browser's preferences file. If you are comfortable doing so, you do not need to delete all cookies, you only need to delete any cookies coming from aaa.com or ouraaa.com. Again, consult your browser's help menu on how to do this.
