Does my AAA membership cover me or my vehicle?

The AAA membership covers you, the driver, in any vehicle you drive which is covered by your membership.

You are entitled to specific Roadside Assistance, without charge, when ALL FIVE of the following conditions are met:

a. You have paid membership dues as a Principal or Associate, and have a membership card in your name.

b. You are with the car to receive service. You have a current membership card and driver's license or photo I.D. to identify you. Exceptions can be made in extenuating circumstances.

c. You were either driving the vehicle or riding in the vehicle at the time of the breakdown.

d. The condition of the car, for which service is requested, must be one that prevents you from continuing or completing your trip in that car.

e. Your use of road service has not exceeded four calls during a membership year, otherwise charges are incurred for the fifth and subsequent calls.
