When am I eligible for Roadside Assistance?

Members are entitled to specific Roadside Assistance without charge, when all four of the following are met:

- You have paid membership dues as a principal or associate, and have a membership card in your name.

- You are with the car to receive service and have a current I.D. (Exceptions can be made in extenuating circumstances).

- The condition of the car is such that you cannot continue your trip.

- Your use of Roadside Assistance has not exceeded four calls during the membership year, otherwise charges are incurred for the fifth and subsequent calls.

- Also, Plus/Plus RV members must have paid the additional fee for AAA Plus/Plus RV
