Mini-Vans are considered a premium vehicle, have limited availability, and generally have special conditions. Most car rental companies, now, require a credit card guarantee (or deposit) and will charge a penalty if the reservation is not cancelled within the penalty period. Because of the increased conditions of rental, reservations easily error-out.
