    To follow upon the status of your Emergency Roadside Service reimbursement request. Please call 1-800-272-2877 OPTION 4 for an update on your reimbursement. You may be directed to a recorded message informing you of the reimbursement submission date currently being processed; you will also have the option to leave a voicemail to receive a follow up phone call.     AAA National services the AAA Mobile App. AAA National has advised us that some members are unable to sign in through the mobile app even though they can successfully access their accounts through a web browser.
