We fulfill Membership card requests for Alaska, Arizona, Northern California, Montana, Nevada, Utah, and Wyoming.

You may request replacement Membership cards from your online account, by emailing us, or over the phone.

To request online: Please sign in to your online account. Once you are logged in, click on "Request Replacement Card." You'll be asked to confirm your request. (You can also print a temporary card to use until your new one arrives, or download your digital card from the AAA App.)

To request by email: You may contact AAA to request a replacement Membership card. Please confirm the name of the Primary or Associate Member(s) who need new cards, as well as the correct mailing address.

To request by phone: Please call AAA Member Services directly at 1-800-922-8228. Representatives are available to serve you Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Pacific Time.

Please allow 7–10 business days to receive your new Membership card(s) by mail.

Although AAA is a nationwide organization, each territory has its own association and website to support local Members. If you do not live in the states listed above, please visit www.aaa.com/stop and enter the zip code in which your Membership originated from. Doing this will redirect you to your current club's website where you will find contact information.
