You can stop automatic renewal of your Membership through your online account or by calling AAA Member Services. You are unable to update this information if you are within your renewal period.
To cancel online:
- Log into your AAA online account.
- Click on "Manage Renewal."
- Choose "Turn Off Automatic Renewal." Doing so will remove the credit card on file from our system.
To cancel by phone:
- Call AAA Member Services at 800-922-8228.
- Select Option 2.
The AAA Member Services team is available Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday, 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Pacific Time.
