We have had a few requests from non-members to remove their name from our mailing list. We have no way of doing this. We purchase names from direct mail marketing firms. These files contain names of potential members living within 3 - 5 miles of our branches. If a person does not want to receive any of these kinds of offers, they can register with the DMA (Direct Marketing Association www.dmaconsumers.org )
If a member wants to Opt-out of pre-screened credit offers and insurance offers they are receiving, then can visit www.optoutprescreen.com or call 1-888-5OptOut (1-888-567-8688) to opt-out of these offers. This is a free service to consumers offered by the major credit bureaus.
