TTP runs on both Windows and Mac platforms.


The following system requirements apply:

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer
    version 5.5 thru 7.x
    IE8 is not supported at this time
  • FireFox 2.0.0.14 and above

  • Mac OS 10.3 or higher

  • FireFox 1.5 and above
  • Safari 1.3.2 and above

    1. Common Requirements
    2. Javascript must be enabled (in the browser).
    3. Browser must support: AJAX technology AND SVG or VML or Canvas Vector Graphics technology
    4. Monitor settings: Colors:16 bit (32768 colors) or better AND Resolution: 800 x 600 or better
    5. Printing:
      Viewing print files: Adobe Acrobat Reader version 7 and above
      Printer: For best results, a color printer should be used.
    6. Windows Users: If you experience repeated "Session Timeout" errors, set your Internet Options Security Level to Medium or lower, and ensure that cookies are not blocked.
