I'm having trouble finding something on your web site.

CalHFA's web site is set up in four primary sections:

  1. First-Time Homebuyers - this section provides information to first-time homebuyers looking for programs to buy their home.
  2. Housing Partners - this section is for our business partners. If you are a Lender, Broker, Real Estate Agent, Developer or other partner doing business with us, you should visit this section for your information.
  3. My Account - this section is for those customers who already have a mortgage loan with CalHFA and wish to access account information and other resources about your existing loan.
  4. Additionally, the "About Us" section will provide general information about CalHFA from contact information and board meetings to press releases and employment opportunities.

If you are still a bit confused you might try our Site Map.

And finally, if you still can't find what you need, you can send us a question by using the "Ask a Question" tab above.

CalHFA does not lend money directly to consumers. CalHFA works through and uses approved private lenders to qualify consumers and to make all mortgage loans. CalHFA purchases closed loans that meet CalHFA's requirements. The fees consumers pay could be different depending on the lender and the program.
