If the CD key is missing completely it is best to return the game to the original place of purchase and exchange it for another copy. If the retailer does not have a replacement copy or won't exchange the game, contact us through Ask a Question at the top of this page. Scan and attach the following items when you contact us:
1. A copy of your receipt.
2. The picture face of the installation disc.
3. The back of the manual showing the blank CD key field.
Once we have received these items as proof of purchase we will send you a CD key via email. Please write it on the manual where the CD key should be located. If you would like we can also send you the manual with the CD key. Please include your return address when choosing this option.
