We do have additional options, such as the ability to upgrade your resume for $20-$150, and the ability to distribute your resume to recruiters for as low as $59.00. Neither of these services are required (most job seekers do not purchase these products), but they are available if you want to boost your resume's visibility.
The Resume Upgrade is a feature that lasts for one month and allows your resume to appear higher in employers' search results on CareerBuilder. That means that if you upgrade your resume, it will appear to employers above those who paid for lesser upgrades or were posted for free. The vast majority of our resume posters do post for free, and so even a $20 upgrade will put you ahead of a lot of resumes.
The Resume Distribution product will send your resume out to hundreds of recruiters who are interested in receiving resumes from your professional field and geographical location. This feature is a good way to get your qualifications out there and in someone's inbox. Both services can be purchased online using a credit card, just by going to your "My Resumes" screen. Look for the "Upgrade" button or the "Distribute" button to get started.
