How do I save Indiviudal Resumes to a Folder?

Helping our client’s stay organized while recruiting qualified candidates is a priority of CareerBuilder.  To assist with the organization of candidates we offer the ability to save individual resumes to folders.  There are two ways to save individual resumes to folders.

Section I - Saving Multiple Resumes at One time

Step One

·         After running a search in the ‘Resume Database’ your list of ‘Resumes’ will populate with check boxes on the left side of the ‘Resume Title’.

·         Check the resume or resumes you would like to save to a folder.

·         (Keep in mind that if you want to save all the resumes on a page you can do that my scrolling down to the bottom of the page and selecting ‘Check All’)

Step Two

·         Once you have selected the candidates you want to save.  Scroll to the bottom of the screen and you will see a “select a task” drop down menu.

Step Three

·         You will choose a folder that you want to save your resumes to.
