Saving Resumes:
How do I save individual resumes? The ability to save an individual’s resumes is an option that CareerBuilder provides so that specific resumes are easier to return to for future reference. In this section we’ll cover how to save resumes but for help on retrieving them later please see our Folders section in the help link. If you need help with ways of accessing your different resumes then see our ‘My Candidates’ section also located in the help link. For now, let’s get started with saving those resumes!
Step One -
The first way would occur from the resume list itself. Begin by checking the boxes along side the resumes you wish to save.

Once you have selected the candidates you want to save. Scroll to the top of the page and find the Select a Task box. Select "Save to Folder"


You will then be given the ability to choose a folder you will like to save the resumes to. . For more information about creating folders please refer to the “Folders” section of the help guide.

Step Two -
You can also save an individual resume by using the guide located at the top of the resume you are viewing.

From here the same box will appear to choose a folder to save the resume to. Again, for more information on Folders please see the associated section in our help link.
