Step 1 – Go to http://www.careerbuilder.com and click on "Employers" (top right)

Step 2 – On the Employer Page, Click on "Training and Events" Tab

Step 3 – Click on the OnDemand Training tab on the center of the page.

Step 4 – Choose which training session you would like to attend by clicking on the appropriate link.

Step 5 – Each session contains a brief description as well as the training duration. Click "Watch Now" to participate in the training.
