The usual reason is that the CareerBuilder network will automatically log you out after several hours of no activity. Please log out and log back in and you should be able to access your account again.

There may also be those unusual times during the day when we experience heavy traffic to our site. In this case, please try to come back to the CareerBuilder.com website later on in the day, and hopefully, the traffic will have subsided.

In either case, we recommend saving any work you’ve done on our site in another place, such as Microsoft Word. That way, if this does happen again, you would at least have something saved.
