Having trouble logging in to your CareerBuilder account? No problem – you have a few options in order to get in. Let’s start with: 

Password Reset 

 When trying to login to your email account, you can click on Forgot Password? A screen will pop up and ask that you enter your email address and then continue so that a temporary password can be sent over. Please note that it must be the email address that your account was created through. The email sent over to set up a new password or retrieve the current has 48 hours before it expires, so be sure not to delay. 

Reach Out to Support 

You can also reach out for support in this matter. If you email us at cbhelp@careerbuilder.com, we can send you a password reset manually through our system. You will receive the email to your account under the email address it was registered and you can go through the same process.
