Once you have found candidates within the resume database, multiple resumes can be saved at one time or individually to folders. 


Saving Multiple Resumes from the Basic View

To save multiple resumes in the basic view, begin by checking the boxes next to the resumes you wish to save on the results page. Once you have selected resumes, scroll to the bottom of the page and find the “Select a Task” dropdown. Then choose "Save to Folder." If you would like to save all of the resumes on the page, checking the box next to the dropdown menu serves as a “Check All” feature.  



3. You will then be given the option to choose a folder to save your resumes.
