For employers: This section will show you how to change all of your user information from the employer side of the website.  We will show you how to get there and what options you have.  Any user on CareerBuilder can access and edit their information.


1.    Once you are signed into your account, to access your user information, first click on the Account Tools tab.


2.    Select User Info from the left hand side of the page


3.    From the Personal Information page, you can now edit your name, phone, fax, address, or change your email and password.  You can edit one of the fields or every field on the page.  You can also remove your registration and edit your email options from this page.

Still having trouble?

  • Make sure you are signed in under your user name.
  • Make sure that any fields that have an orange asterisk on them are filled in correctly.
