When you log in to “My Account” and access the “Order Status” page you will find your order history.
Order statuses are as follows:
- Verify – Our processing service is verifying your credit card information and obtaining authorisation from your credit card issuer.
- Order – Your order information has downloaded to our warehouse.
- Pending - There is a problem with your order. Please contact Customer Service.
- Processing – Your order is in the process of being picked from our inventory and packed for shipment.
- Shipped – Your order has shipped.
- Cancel – Your order was canceled
- CC Failed – Our processing service has failed to authorise your credit card. This may be due to a technical error, a mis-typed digit or an old expiration date.
