When you log in to “My Account” and access the “Order Status” page you will find your order history.
Order statuses are as follows:
- Verify – Our processing service may be verifying your credit card information and obtaining authorisation from your credit card issuer, or if any titles within your order are not in stock (pre-orders) your order will hold awaiting stock delivery before it is despatched.
- Pending - There is a hold up with your order, please contact Customer Service.
- Processing – Your order is in the process of being picked and packed for shipment.
- Shipped – Your order has shipped.
- Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled
- CC Failed – Our processing service has failed to authorise your credit card. This may be due to a technical error, a mis-typed digit or an old expiration date.
