Is this your first time shopping with us? Don't worry – we’ve made it easy! Just follow the steps below:
1) Find the item you want to purchase: For tips on searching, read our How to Search page.
2) Click the "Add To Basket" button: This button appears along with the price of each item and its descriptive text. If you do not see the "Add to Basket" button, click on the title and the button will appear along with the descriptive text. (The button will not appear if items are out of stock.)
3) Review Your Shopping Basket: In the top right hand corner of every page you will find your mini basket, to view your full basket complete with images, click on the mini basket link. If you wish to buy an additional number of this item, type the number into the box that appears next to the title and click the 'update basket' button.
If you decide to remove an item from your Shopping Basket, simply click the 'Remove' link that appears to the right of the product price for each item. Remember to press 'Update Basket' if you make any changes in your basket.
We can also gift wrap your items for you, to receive gift just tick the gift wrap option which appears under the products in your basket. For £3 we will gift wrap your whole order and you can also have a personal message for each item. Read our Gift Wrapping page to learn more about this service. You can now 'Continue Shopping' or 'Checkout.'
4) Checkout: If you have finished shopping, you can start our quick Checkout by clicking one of the red 'Checkout' buttons that appear at the bottom right hand corner of the your Shopping Basket. If this is the first time you have shopped with us, we will need you to register as a new customer, if you are an exsiting customer you can enter using your email address and password:

Once you have click on 'Create account' please find in all of the required fields, to save time we have implemented the quick address finder, so all you need to do is type in your house number and postcode.
Shipping Options During this step you can confirm your shipping address and select your shipping method. Domestic methods are: Standard, 1st Class and Next Day or ship internationally, click here.
Payment Information During this step, you must choose the type of credit card you will use (MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo or American Express ) and provide the number and expiration date, plus the start date or issue no. for Maestro cards only.

Review Your Order In this step you can review Shipping Address, Shipping Method, Billing Address, and the last four digits and expiration date of the credit card you will use for your purchase. The information can be changed with the "edit" links that appear under each field. If one or more of your items are gifts, you can also review your message and use the "edit" link to change that as well.
5) Purchase: To complete your order, click the red 'Place Order' button that appears at the top and bottom of the 'Confirm Order' page, you will then be taken to your order complete page which will provide you with an Order Number, your Order Number will assist in questions you may have about your purchase.
You will receive an email confirming your order and a second email when your order has been despatched from our warehouse. You may also check on your order by clicking on the 'My Account' link.
