CC Failed means we were unable to obtain authorisation on the credit card you provided. Your order has been cancelled.
There are several reasons a credit card may fail to authorise.
- Verify the correct expiration date was entered.
- Verify your name was entered exactly as it appears on your credit card.
- Verify your address was entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
- Verify you are using a Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro or American Express .
To correct your credit card information
- Log in to your account.
- Click on Payment Profile and delete the credit card on file.
- Re-enter your credit card information or enter a new credit card.
- Click on the order ID for the order that did not process and select "Send Again." Be sure to select your new credit card information when replacing your order.
If you receive another email indicating we were unable to authorise your credit card, you may want to contact your bank to confirm whether they have any restrictions against placing orders online.
