First, make sure you are attempting to login at the correct location:

Enter your username and password.  Remember the password is case sensitive. If you know your username but cannot remember your password click on the "Forgotten your password?" link. An email will be sent to your registered email account. The link to reset your password must be clicked within 15 minutes of receiving your email and will only work once.

After you click the link in the email, you will be redirected to a page where you can create a new password in order to be able to login.
