More than half of all online US households will never pay bills on line...

More than half of all online US households will never pay bills on line according to Forrester Research estimates. Forrester expects annual growth rates to decline from 30 percent in recent years to just 8 percent by 2008. Even with flattening growth rates, the market remains attractive, nearly doubling in the next five years. Many consumers bypass their financial institution and head to billers' own sites because it's free and because biller sites tend to make the process easier.
