evo Guarantee Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our success.  Every item we sell comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee.  We will issue a full refund on merchandise that is new or unused and returned with the original packaging in resalable condition within 60 days of purchase date for any reason.  Simple.

Not exactly what you wanted? No problem. We can ship all exchanges shipping in the United States for free when the new order is created at the time you obtain your return authorization. Exchanges must be processed over the phone.


Exchange your item:

1. Call  evo customer service at 1.866.386.1590 to obtain a return authorization number (RA #).
2. We will create a new order for you over the phone.

 

Return your item:

1. To process a Return call 1.866.386.1590 or email  sales@evogear.com to obtain your RA #.
2. Please provide evo customer service with the following: 

  • name on the order
  • order id #
  • name of the item you wish to return
  • reason for return 

3. Write your RA # on the outside of the box clearly so our warehouse can clearly identify your return for swift processing.

4. Ship to:

5. You will be refunded the original purchase price when your order is received by our warehouse. 

Important Qualifiers

  • Returned packages will be refused if they arrive without a return authorization clearly written on the outside of the box.
  • We reserve the right to add a 10% re-stock fee to packages arriving without a valid RA#.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and all accessories.
  • Do not mark or deface the original manufacturer containers in any manner.
  • Packages must be returned prepaid. 
  • Refunds will only be made via the method in which the order was paid. 
  • We strongly suggest sending returns insured for the full value and with a tracking number to insure a full and prompt refund.
  • If merchandise is damaged due to improper packing or packaging, refund or exchange may not be given per evo discretion.
  • All shipping and insurance charges will be refunded for product shipped in our error.

When will I receive my refund?

Credits will be issued after the warehouse receives, inspects and process your return, which can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed. Credit card refunds can take up to 72 hours to reflect on your statement.
