evo cannot be held accountable for shipment delays outside of its control (system failures, adverse weather conditions, etc.) 

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping can be arranged. To have your order shipped the same day, you must contact evo by phone before purchasing your item and you must pay by credit card at checkout.  A rush fee applies for all such orders and arrangements must be made by 1PM PST. It is the buyer's responsibility to contact evo via phone PRIOR to ordering to arrange for any same day shipping.

Your order may also be shipped via express service such as Next Day Air (where available) or 2 Day Express. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that FedEx offers Next Day Air to their shipment address. Additional charges apply. 

International Shipments

We currently do not support eBay checkout to international addresses besides Canada. If you would like your order shipped outside of the US or Canada please contact our customer service at 1.866.386.1589 or sales@evogear.com.  International shipments may be subject to GST, PST, and/or other duties, taxes, tariffs or fees.  evo shipping rates include these costs.  We cannot mark items as gifts or change the listed value of the item.  We ship all packages via FedEx and currently have no other shipping options available.

Combined Shipping

Sorry, we cannot combine shipping for eBay auction items.  Buyer is responsible to pay the contracted shipping cost for each won auction.  An item or items purchased with 'Buy it Now' totaling over $100 will qualify for Free Shipping.

Local Pickup

Local pick up can be arranged by calling evo PRIOR to placing your order via eBay.  Call 1.866.386.1589 before buying the item on eBay.  Orders can be picked up from either our warehouse in Auburn or our retail store in Seattle, but ONLY if arrangements are made by phone in advance.  Buyers will not be charged shipping if order is picked up at either of these locations.

              USPS

We CANNOT ship eBay orders via USPS.  evo ships all orders via FedEx.
