Where can I see examples of how the Fuze Suite has been integrated into a company's Web site?

You are looking at an item in our knowledge base (KB) right now. In fact, other than our home page, the content for our entire site is housed in our knowledge base and displayed using our Web Services.

How we use our KB and our Web Services to manage all the content on our Web site
The content you are viewing now is found in knowledge item #130 (KBID). The Web page http://www.fuzeds.com/Samplesites.aspx uses one of our Web services to display KBID 130. By doing this, we are able to easily maintain content using our knowledge base and still have all content attributed to our URL for SEO (Search Engine Optimization) purposes. You can also link to the KB content directly by going to www.fuzeqna.com/fuzeds/consumer/kbdetail.asp?kbid=130, which has been defined to automatically display the content with the desired wrapper page.

Using our Web services, you can easily pull in the top 10 items relevant to a page in the body of your internal or external Web page (for example) or have a rollover effect on a field in a form that defines how the field is used. We look at the knowledge base as a big and powerful content repository that must be able to render content wherever you want it: your Web page, a customer's phone, or someday even on your refrigerator! The Fuze Suite allows you to easily control who can edit and view each piece of content, and we make it easy to get the content where it's needed.

By moving around our Web site, you will see examples of how the Fuze Suite can be integrated and utilized to quickly find answers, ask questions, provide feedback and even manage Web site content -- our News and Privacy Policy are just two examples of this. Our benefits page is using our Web service to display KB content and our page to request a personalized demo is KB content running in an iframe.

Fuze can also easily be integrated into your Intranet, too. Since our knowledge base supports both public and private information, integration with an intranet makes great sense!

Each one is somewhat different, which will begin to give you an appreciation for the flexibility you have when integrating our solution. Next to each link we have identified some of the areas Fuze is being used. Don't be surprised when the line between Fuze and the rest of the Web site begins to blur!

Most of the examples shown are running in a hosted model on Fuze servers, although you have the option of running a licensed version of Fuze on your servers. Also worth noting is that several customers have initially run Fuze in a hosted model to get them up and running in days and then converted to a licensed model later. All data captured while running on Fuze's servers is moved for you and the total transition to your servers only requires 15 minutes or so downtime. Fuze goes where you want it!

This implementation is creatively using one of our Web Services to create a custom look and feel. PlayPhone has used our Web Services to seamlessly integrate their Fuze Suite instance into partner sites, such as with BestBuy, National Geographic, Black Entertainment Television and Bravo TV.
