All public-facing components are table driven and can support any language, including languages such as Chinese and Japanese that require double-byte/unicode support.
English, Spanish, French, German, Dutch, Swedish and Japanese are currently supported, but other languages can be quickly added and will be supported as warranted by market demand.
The Fuze Suite also includes robust functionality to facilitate keeping all your Fuze Suite instances in different languages in sync, automatically pushing information from your base instance (base instance can be in any language) to your target instances in different languages. Each instance can be managed independently to support the differences across cultures and support offered, but KB items, KB categories and Incident categories are automatically created and cross-linked from the base to target instances for review by users with Translator and Publisher access rights, depending on the rules you define.
