I thought that our providing people with an answer in one business day was good enough. Guess we'd better rethink. Thanks for the wake-up call.

Editor Chuck V. says: Sure. Thanks for the comment. There is no rest for the weary and we believe that expectations will only get higher over time. A good customer care system (like Fuze ;)can make things tons easier, though.

Interesting results. I never would have thought that the seniors would be the most demanding email users. Not surprised that so many of the young folks have little patience when it comes to waiting for a chat response.

Editor Chuck V. says: Thanks for the comment! Overall we have found that people of all ages have pretty high expectations, regardless of the organization they are getting support. Some have come to expect less from some, but it certainly does not make them happy or likely to continue doing business with the organization unless they do not have a choice like with some Government agencies.
