Question/Topic
I ordered a "free" product and now I have unauthorized charges showing up on my credit/debit card each month. How did this happen?
Answer/Article

Some unscrupulous merchants offer you a free product or service but ask for your credit or debit card information to bill you for shipping.  If you participate and do not read their terms and conditions, we will only dispute charges for which you have not received your product or service.  These merchants clearly disclose that you have a short time period in which to cancel or you will receive, and be billed for, future products and serivces.  If there is no place to read their terms and conditions do not click "agree" or continue with your order.
