Your website certificate is expired? My internet provider and Norton security strongly suggests "you not enter this (Global cu) site!"

Editor Kimberly L. says: You will not receive this message if you access the primary Global website at www.globalcu.org. If you enter the address without the www or as .com you may get the certificate expired message. The certificate is valid for the primary website at www.globalcu.org although Global does also own the globalcu.com domain. You can rest assured that our site is secure and if you have concerns please be sure to type in the full address: www.globalcu.org.

I was just browsing for a local credit union to join,.... I considered joining Global until I came across this "comment" section. Global should really consider NOT making this kind of negative feed back available to the public. Sure..... these things happen but it reflects terribly on Global CU. Good day

Editor Kimberly L. says: Thank you for your feedback. As a member-owned cooperative we give our members every opportunity to share their comments and concerns, good or bad, and know that they are heard. We review all comments, such as these, and use them to help improve our our services, products and processes to make Global a better place to bank.

Thanks for the information but I am disappointed that I can't get on line again. I tried a week ago and again today. It takes that long??? Maybe you should consider finding another vendor. This is tooooo undependable and yet you want us to go ebanking. Why?

Editor Kimberly L. says: We are so sorry for this inconvenience. We are currently implementing new solutions to address this problem and realize how frustrating it can be. We appreciate your patience and hope to have a suitable solution soon.

The point of having a web site ,seems to me, is to serve customers- but this has gotten ridiculous. I love the people at my branch ( on Sullivan) but it doesn't make sense that every other bank I do business with can offer 24 hour availability and Global is completely unreliable. Today, I have an important payment ot make, but I can't access my account.
