Information Systems Business Analyst
Provides analytical and consultative services in business systems analysis and process re-engineering.
B.S. Information Systems Management, technology related field or equivalent experience preferred. Experience with business systems analysis preferred. Advanced skills in the use of the Microsoft Office suite is required, along with prior customer service experience. Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, multi-tasking and follow-up skills required. Excellent communication, investigative and analytical skills are required. Must enjoy working independently and a strong team player committed to superior customer service. A high regard for information security and confidentiality is required. Chosen individual must enjoy learning on-the-job, demonstrate initiative, and enjoy wearing many different hats.
Some familiarity with Windows Server 2003-2008 R2, AIX/Unix/Linux, Web Servers running IIS and have a basic understanding of LAN/WAN topologies. Must have experience with various browsers. Experience with PC’s running XP, Windows 7, MS Office applications and some experience/training in programming concepts or some experience with HTML/VB/VB Script.
This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday that requires flexibility as evening and weekend work and on-call rotation may be required, including some travel.
