Even technology needs some TLC now and then.  So about once a month (usually the middle Wednesday of the month from 6:30 to 8:30 pm PT) we perform regular maintenance on our systems to keep them in tip-top shape.  This maintenance may affect your access to the following services:

Your debit and credit card access at merchants and ATMs will continue to work when you use your card at:

  • An ATM or merchant using your PIN up to your daily limit
  • A merchant as a credit transaction where you sign for your purchase up to the available balance on the card at the end of the business day (5:00PM PT) before the scheduled system maintenance

Your debit card will not work if:

  • The transaction requires an automatic transfer from another account such as savings or credit card
  • The transaction would require Advantage Pay to be accessed

We will generally notify you in advance by posting a message under the "Hot Topics" section of our web site and on our Facebook page.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
