Leimomi always greets members warmly and makes them feel welcome and comfortable.  Her teammates describe her as professional, treating members with respect and kindness.  Leimomi (or "Mo" as she's affectionately called by staff and members alike) assumes much more responsibility than the normal MSR, going above and beyond by assuming management responsibilities when needed.  And she can always be counted on to bring a smile to your face.
