Spokane, Wash.- With the holidays just around the corner, Global Credit Union was proud to present the winners of this quarter for the Army Soldier and Noncommissioned Officer (NCO) and the Air Force Airman, NCO and Senior NCO awards on December 13, at Camp Darby Italy.
 
The ceremony which usually takes place outside in front of the Christmas tree at its official lighting, took place inside with the community present due to a rain storm.
 
The Army soldier and NCO candidates are evaluated on their uniform, professional movements, report to the board, biography and a series of questions on general Army knowledge, regulations, procedures and specified field of work. The Air Force Airman, NCO, and SNCO candidates are evaluated on their academic studies, community service, work performance and a personal biography about their leadership.
 
The evaluation process is extensive and can take up to months for the candidates to prepare.
