Question/Topic
What do I need to do if I am traveling out of state or out of the country?
Answer/Article

Notify your financial institution with the dates you are leaving, returning and where you are traveling to.  Also please provide a primary contact number, secondary contact number, and email address (if available) while traveling.

If available, provide an alternate contact person (name and phone number of someone who can get in touch with you while you are traveling).  Please also indicate if we can expect transactions to happen locally as well during travel dates.

Provide your financial institution with all of the account numbers that will be affected.

You may want to purchase other forms of payments such as Visa gift cards or travelers checks.  These can be purchased from any iQ Credit Union Branch.

Please update all phone number  and address information with the Credit Union before you leave town.

If you are going to be using your ATM or Visa Check card with a PIN number please take the following phone numbers with you. If you are traveling in the US: 888-241-2440. If you are traveling International: 909-941-1034.  These numbers are for our Falcon Fraud monitoring system.  They monitor all of our ATM/POS transactions 24/7.  They are a contact number you can call if you are unable to reach the Credit Union during non business hours if your card is blocked and not working.
