To start the process, we need a Cardholder Statement of Disputed Item Letter. In this letter, please explain in full detail the circumstances surrounding your dispute, and what attempts have been made to correct this with the merchant. Include with this letter, any copies of documentation that will support this dispute. Copies may include the following: receipts, credit receipts, vouchers, postage receipts, tracking receipts, correspondence to and from the merchant, advertisements, copies of phone bills, etc.
This information is required by Visa USA as documentation in the dispute process. Without a full detailed letter, we may not be able to pursue your dispute.
