What is share branching and how is it used?

Shared Branching is a credit union network that allows members to obtain services at other  non-JAXFCU locations. Additionally, Shared Branching allows other credit union members to visit our Park Street, Southpoint, Westside, Northside, Atlantic Beach , Orange Park , or Downtown branches to do the same transactions.

The types of transactions allowed at a Shared Branching location are:

  • Deposits to Share or Share Draft

  • Withdrawal from Share or Share Draft

  • Transfers to and from Accounts

  • Loan Transactions

  • Statement Print of Account

  • Check Cashing (payroll, treasury)

  • Balance inquiries

  • Purchase of Negotiable Items (Official checks, travelers checks, etc.)
