Question/Topic
How do I qualify for Courtesy Pay?
Answer/Article

In order to be eligible for our Courtesy Overdraft Payment Service, you must qualify for a personal checking account and have a direct deposit or payroll allocation of at least $500 per month and be a member in good standing, which entails:

  •  Active Use of the checking account for 90 days
  •  Jax Federal Credit Union loans may not be more than 30 days delinquent
  •  The account cannot be subject to any legal or administrative order or levy
  •  Not caused a loss to the credit union

The Courtesy Overdraft Payment Service does not apply to business accounts.  After your account has been opened 90 days, if you qualify for Courtesy Pay, then you will be sent a letter informing you of the details of Courtesy Pay.
