Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) offers several ways to check on your loan balance and receive account information.
- Web Site: When you visit the Kentucky Housing Web site at www.kyhousing.org, click on Loan Servicing tab on the top menu bar. Then scroll down to select the Single-Family Loan button. The system will prompt you to enter your user name and password, if you are a new user to the site, you must register as a first-time user. After you have completed the registration process and are able to log in to the system, select the Loan Balances tab and the system will show your loan information. The unpaid principal balance, tax and insurance balances, as well as your year-to-date totals.
- Integrated Voice Response System (IVR): You can access your mortgage information 24 hours a day using your touch tone telephone. You can call the IVR system at 800-341-5622 or (502) 564-7630, press 1 for English speaking callers, then press 2 for the automated attendant. This system will allow you to check payments made, loan balances, mailing address for KHC to name a few.
- Call a Customer Service Representative: You can contact a representative from KHC Monday thru Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. The toll-free number is 800-633-8896 or the local number is (502) 564-7630 or TTY 711 for the hearing impaired, extensions 203,268, 282 or 302. If at any time, you receive a voice mail prompting you to leave a message, feel free to do so and a representative will return your call as soon as possible.
