Question/Topic
What programs are administered by the Single-Family Finance and Construction group?
Answer/Article

Currently, the HOME Investments Partnership Program (commonly referred to as "HOME") and the Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) are administered by this department. Other ancillary programs that we oversee include Nonprofit Housing and Repair Program (NHPR) and HouseWorks. Of these, only HOME is a federal program through HUD and represents the bulk of our funding.

If you have further questions regarding Homeownership Production funding and you are unable to locate the answer on the Info Center, please submit your question online by selecting the "Ask a Question" option located at the top of each screen.  Or, feel free to contact Marilyn Stober Harris toll free at 800-633-8896, extension 253.
