Question/Topic
Does KHC refinance loans?
Answer/Article

Kentucky Housing Corporation does offer a Fannie Mae secondary market program which allows for refinancing.  This product requires the borrower/co-borrower to have a minimum credit score of 660 or better to qualify.  KHC does not have any program in place that will allow for a FHA, VA or RHS refinance.  Borrowers are encouraged to contact their KHC participating lender to inquire about the refinancing options that may be available to them and to identify the benefits and costs associated with refinancing.  KHC does offer the conventional refinancing product to existing KHC customers who meet the minimum qualifications.  Please contact the a KHC approved Lender to see if you qualify.
