Question/Topic
I received my property tax bill. Do I need to mail this to KHC?
Answer/Article
If you have owned your property for over one year, you do not need to send in a copy of your property tax bill.  Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) uses a tax service who will automatically request this bill from the city and county tax offices.  If you have not owned your home for 1 year, please write your loan number on your tax bill and fax it to Loan Servicing at (502) 564-5430 or mail a copy of this bill to Kentucky Housing Corporation, Attention:  Loan Servicing, P.O. Box 4150, Frankfort, Kentucky 40604-4150.

If you have any tax questions, please call  (800) 341-5622, extension 297.

If you have further questions regarding your Escrow Account and you are unable to locate the answer on the Info Center, please submit your question online by selecting the "Ask a Question" option which is located at the top of each screen.
