Homes may be purchased at auction at the scheduled master commissioner’s sale pursuant to the terms outlined by the Master Commissioner.  Properties that are purchased back by KHC are many times conveyed back to FHA, VA, etc.  However, some properties are retained in KHC's portfolio.

In some cases, KHC may be able to finance these purchases if the buyer qualifies under our program. The buyer would have to occupy the property as their principal residence and it could not be used for rental purposes.
