Midway is no longer able to provide warranty replacement as all stock has transferred hands to Warner Brothers; when available, we will post contact information.
Warranty & Product Exchange policy:
If you are within the 90-day warranty period, you can return the product to Midway for a replacement if the product was determined to be defective by an Midway Technical Support representative. When returning product you must include all materials (manuals, inserts, game disk, packaging, etc.) When sending us your product, be sure to include the sales receipt showing the date of purchase, as well as the Requested Information listed below. The cost of replacement mentioned below ($15) does not apply if the product is deemed faulty from manufacture and is within the 90 day warranty period.
Exception: Lord of the Rings Online (LOTRO) product warranty policy
Product Replacement (non subscription games only):
If you meet one of the following criteria, you can send your product along with a nominal fee to Midway for a replacement product. (NOTE: Provided replacement product is available.)
- The product is past the 90-day warranty period
- The product has been scratched, broken, or has been damaged in another fashion.
Before sending your product you must contact Midway to confirm there is replacement stock available. (Older games are not always available for replacement--in such cases your money order will be returned--so it's best to check on availability before going to the trouble.) When sending us your product, be sure to include a money order for the amount shown in the Replacement Costs section made payable to Midway Games, as well as all of the information in the requested information section below.
Documentation Requests:
If the purchased product does not contain a manual in either a physical or electronic form, and you are within the 90-day warranty period, you may return the product to Midway for a replacement product. When sending us your request, please be sure to include the sales receipt showing the date of purchase as well as all of the information in the requested information section below.
Game Manual / Document Replacement:
If the game manual has been lost or damaged, or you wish to purchase a printed version of the manual, you can request that one be sent to you. When sending us your request, please be sure to include a money order for the amount listed in the replacement costs section made payable to Midway, as well as all of the information listed in the Requested Information section. For older game titles original printed documentation may not be available; copies of original material may be substituted.
