DirectX:
DirectX is an interface provided by Microsoft that allows the software you are using to “talk” to the hardware in your computer. DirectX is part of Microsoft Windows, and new versions and information about the product are available from: www.microsoft.com/directx. Midway Home Entertainment support cannot help with any problems caused by DirectX and you must contact Microsoft directly for support with this product.
However, in order to provide PC support, Midway may require that you run the DirectX diagnostic tool and provide system information to help resolve a PC game problem. To run DirectX Diagnostics:
Windows® XP
Start Menu > Run > type 'dxdiag' > Enter
Dxdiag will run generate a report on your system
When completed select Save All Information
Save this .txt file to your Desktop
Windows Vista™
Start Menu > type 'dxdiag' into the "Start Search" entry field > Enter
Dxdiag will run generate a report on your system
When completed select Save All Information
Save this .txt file to your Desktop
Please submit the file(s) detailed above by attaching the documents to your Open support incident. You can do this by clicking the link at the bottom of a response from a Midway incident (fastest). At the bottom of the question section you will see three "Browse" buttons. You may use these buttons to locate and attach your files to your incident
