PC Game DirectX® Troubleshooting/FAQs

Make sure Direct X is running as it should be and that your are running the correct version for the game you are trying to play. To determine this, check the packaging (back of the game box) or review the minimum system requirements article for the title you are playing:
- Goto Start, then Run.
- In the Open box, type 'dxdiag', then click ok.
- If you are prompted by a question, choose Yes, otherwise click the Save All Information button.
- Save the file to your desktop and open it in Notepad.
- Under Dxdiag Notes, ensure there are No Problems Found for each category.
- If a problem is noted here, or you are using an older version than the game requires, try reinstalling DirectX® from www.microsoft.com/directx
